Victory Infusion Consultants, Inc., is a comprehensive I.V. Therapy education and consulting company. We provide education, precepting and consulting for all aspects of Infusion. We feel it's important to provide the most current instruction of the highest quality.

Additionally, we create customized topics and programs for many hospitals, product manufactures, and other healthcare organizations. We can provide highly qualified consultants for a wide range of issues; from establishing a PICC program within an organization to product inservicing to assistance with facility licensure. Many of our consultants also serve as 'experts' for legal case review and consulting.

Cary is a lifelong Central Valley resident having grown up in Tracy, California. He had a career in law enforcement prior to becoming a Registered Nurse. His experience as an RN has been extensive and varied culminating with his current contribution to vascular nursing. Cary has placed more than 10,000 PICC Lines, has trained numerous nurses in PICC placement and has unparalleled knowledge in all aspects of vascular access. Cary is a member of the Vasonova Advisory Board which is developing smart tip technology for central venous catheters. Additionally, he has participated in clinical studies in and outside the United States of America and been a speaker on the national stage relating to vascular access and entrepreneurism.

Nina comes to Vic the Picc with over 25 years experience in the nursing field with a strong background in cardiology and neurosurgery. She was the Manager of Clinical Practice for a National home care agency for more than 10 years.
