Class Cancellation by Vic The PICC/Victory Infusion Consultants, Inc.:
VTP reserves the right to postpone, or cancel within seventy-two (72) hours of published start date. If VTP cancels or postpones a class, students may reschedule or request a full refund of tuition paid. We reserve the right to cancel any class if sufficient registrations are not received two (2) weeks prior to class date.
Class Cancellation by Students: Not Applicable
Exception: Upon class cancellation by Vic the PICC.
Student Rescheduling Classes:
Students may reschedule classes once free of charge within 72 hours of published start date. Students may reschedule in less than 72 hours of published start date if they submit a $25.00 processing fee. Absolutely no reschedule after class starts.
Returned Checks: A $30.00 returned check charge will be assess for all checks returned to VTP by the bank.
